Damn that looks so good I can taste it. I had it before at a Middle Eastern restaurant in NY. It was cooked traditionally they had spits of meats. They served it with a Tahini sauce. Man was it good. I had to keep asking for more Taboon bread.

Instead of using breast and thighs I used all thighs and grilled them rather than the oven method.
