I dont know why everyone complains about the twist with the sand eels.. i've never had that problem yet and I've been fishing them for 2 years already... Whenever you hook them on wrong or after they get torn up a little they'll want to twist but just rehook it or bite of the top of it. Works for me

They are very similar, but the Jerk Jr. has a lot more vibrant/flashy and unique colors. These are hand dipped with a high gloss and have a true eye as opposed to a painted one.

I have Diet Jerk Jrs which would be evenly comparable to the devil eye - painted eyes and not hand dipped. These come 10/pack and are $4.00. Get more bang for your buck.

The Devil Eye's have a little bigger head and a little bigger eyes.
I have tried a few of these today, but the fishing wasn't good
enough to say if they were better than anything else I use.
I love the Devil Eyes and the Sand Eels. If this one is just as
good, then I might have to get a tackle box/bag. I keep most
of my lures in the seat, in a bag.
I like the Trout Killers too, but they are too soft. They catch fish
but break off too fast. And once you put them on a hook, they
have to stay on it. If you try to take them off, they will break off.
I use H&H Flutter Hooks, they have the weight on the shank instead
of a lead head. I like the way they make the lure work and the fact
that you or the fish don't see a lead head.

Would these baits be considered a "knockoff"?
