Default Age Sucks

So my 15 year old son is into MMA fighting and about two weeks ago he taled me into joining him with his workouts. Although I was sore i was feeling really good until today. I was up to 7minutes of nonstop jabs, power shots, kicks, knees, and elbows then the right shoulder popped. Lets try again tomorrow.

I have a friend that does that. Goes all over fighting. I think he may be pro at this point I know he fights in Biloxi and stuff at the casinos and other big events and according to fb he always wins. I've yet to see him lose
