Default Diet meal batter

First off this is for those unfortunates that have over endulged in cajun's finest trait. Eat anything and everything and don't spare the sugar or flour and seasoning.Well two out of three out three is good start; here's my new batter recipe : Abig bigg bag of hot or mild pork skin's; a food processor depending on the size of it and how many time's it's gonna take too make enough material batter to be mixed with yuk; soy flour or coconut flour ,but wait mix them know flour parts of pig skins with either or and plenty of Slap Your Mama. This can be used to fry any meat , poultry, wild game, and my two favorites Shrimp and Fish. Now the only problem is not over endulging and knowing when to quit. I hope this will help other's that are trying to eat healthy.
