Default Everyone's favorite fish ??

IF everyone had one fish to catch all the time.... what would it be?? Mine of course is the redfish... Why might you ask ??? Because their the hardest pulling inshore fish, very beautiful with their bronze color and they taste fantastic !!! Everyone else list their's with a picture... keep this baby going !!! Be sure to find a either a personal picture or one on the internet.... ya'll know we cajuns like looking at pictures...

If I fillet it, and it ain't bloody or oily, I fry it up and eat it.
Some of my favorite eating fish are Flounder and Snapper, then Redfish and Trout.
I hate cleaning bigger Redfish. They can tear up an elect. fillet knife.
I actually like Croaker too. If'n I get into them, I fillet them and have fried Croaker chips.
I have gotten into them the the old Burton Shipyard where the clam shells go down the edge of the bank, many times. Anything under a cork does good for Croaker.

Im gonna have to say bass fishing, takes more skill IMO and thers alot more tournaments and money in bass fishing.
