Default Flounder

Guys, I have some flounder cleaned and butterflied. What is your go to receipt?


I am thinking about stuffing and throwing on the pit.

Marinate in ziplock with onion,cilantro, olive oil, and lime. Blacken in cast iron sprinkle some seasoning on. Make some remoulade to go with.

Fish Coullion. Like creole, but add fish at the end.

Or stuff with crab meat, throw on grill, pour some melted butter over it right before pulling.

Really no way to go wrong with flounder.

Crab , Chop shrimp , or crawfish ...Boil shrimp then chop...1 pound mix with 8 ounce cream cheese and tablespoon crab boil lil salt , fine chop onion and shallot . Top with bread crumb after stuffing...

river road recipe crabmeat stuffing add some chopped bacon and a lil bacon grease to add a lil more flavor. stuff that in there and back with some lemon butter. I think the stuffed flounder recipe may be in the book but i may be mistaken
