I know it's a long shot but if anyone here knows of any available tickets for sale please let me know! I'm hauling my 5th wheel down to the Box this weekend and camping in the parking lot. Thanks!

I was invited by a buddy to go. I can check to see if he's got tickets he wants to get rid of. PM me if you're interested.

Default Checked there..

nothing available there, there are some on stub hub, ebay and craigslist BUT them folks are selling them from 400 to 600 dollars! The face value on them tickets start at 10 bucks! Season ticket holders and students bought all tickets. Rice got 600 tickets, i even tried going through them, i made up a rice email account and mailed them hoping to fool them but it hasn't worked yet! If anything i'll stick my fingers in the air and hope for the best, Thanks for the reply.

Yeah i saw some tickets on ebay, stub hub and craigslist, they are all high dollar! I'm going to take my chances before the game with my fingers in the air, i do the same for football. Funny they have standing room only tickets on ebay though, i called the ticket office and asked if they were going to sell standing room only tickets and she said no, she said there is a very slight possiblility they may sell sell standing tickets after the first inning starts, wonder how that guy is selling them if they are not offered, plenty of sharks out there tying to make a buck off of the TIGERS, no true fan should look to make a profit like that, when i have extras i let them go for face value. thanks for the info though.

I know it's wrong, since it's a local team to me now and all, but I still remember my dad the first time I ever heard him cuss. It was at the Superdome and a Tulane/Rice game was going the Green Wave's way. He yelled, "What comes out of a chinaman's ***?" And all the fans screamed RICE, RICE, RICE! This went on all night through the flowing green beer at the Maple Hill bar on Maple Street.

They used to set me up on the bar there and ask, "Sandy, how does a tiger go?", and I'd say "Meoooow". It was my dad's favorite bar trick. LOL!
