Problem is, there are too many people dumb and/or desperate enough to fall for this stuff. Getting stuck at the bottom of the pyramid is not only a kick in the nuts financially, it's a blow to the psyche. You feel stupid, unworthy and inadequate of good judgement. You have to pretty much beg people close to you to buy in. And desperation is something that many people can see right through.

In the old days it was men selling snake oil! Nowdays, we have Mona Vi, Advocare, and Limu. A good frient of mine had his wife drink the Kool-Aid for the Advocare stuff and she went crazy over the stuff. 6 months of Facebook posting and 2 weekend trips to sales conferences got her a big goose egg. By the time she spen tmoney on orders, collected her money after delivery, and factored in her time - she was suckered like all the rest! He wanted to spank her a** to start with, now he really wants to beat dat a**!!!!

No hard feelings though, hope you prove us wrong and do well on your venture

The limu promoters hate when you tell them its a pyramid scheme they say it is not that at all it is a MULTI LEVEL MARKETING COMPANY that pays on performance like any other job

just think if the people selling this would work as hard at their 8-5 as they do trying to sell limu they may get a raise and not have to try and hustle family and friends to buy and sell junk

A friend is trying to get my wife to sell something similar in Lafayette and gives that same pitch to her but she isn't buying it.

My wife sold Avon for a while when she was in college. She did okay with. She mostly did it so she could all her stuff for free and it worked out in her favor. My sister in law sells it now and basically gets the same deal. Not trying to get rich, just doing it to have a way to get free makeup.

On another note why do women insist on having all kinds of parties.... Makeup parties, sex toy parties, Scentsie parties, pampered chef parties.

You don't see men having fishing bait or ammo parties.

Because we are smart enough to know that by the time we pay for the meal and drinks we could have just went out and bought the stuff we would have gotten for free at the parties.

My old lady went to one of these things a while back and came home with all kinds of crays lotions and crap. It was a great couple of weeks until the botles were empty and she didn't come home ready to "try this lotion" again. That and when I saw how much the crap cost . I could have found a hooker for cheaper!

Because when we asked our wives to front the $$$ for the party they would tell us it's a STUPID IDEAR.

Anyone try the new ball sweat powder called BallsBeDry?

Anyway, I signed up to host a party this Thursday at my house, if I get 10 people to show up everyone gets a free .5 oz sample. The distributor is going to set up a portable sauna in the drive way for everyone to test it out! How cool is that. Any one who shows up gets free beer and we going to have a couple of door prizes too. #BallsBeDry #NoSweatOnMyJunk #FlappingFree
