Not sure one the weight.....it is a square bill for shallow water.

It is supposed to give the appearance of multiple fish in a single lure. IMO people try to make out that fish are these highly intelligent creatures. Either that, or fisherman will buy anything shiny. Probably both...

Jude,

I fish with three baits only and have for quite some time now. TS split tail, TS maniac mullet, and a spook (or one of salty's tops). My tackle box is big because of all the dang junk I carry around, because no matter what I can't keep people from taking my pliers or leader line!!
