Default Crushed Brick

Guys,

I am looking for Crushed brick in bags or sold by the yard. I am instaling a pathway on the side of my house 3ftx30ft, and want to use crushed brick with piece sizes from very small to 1/2 inch. Anyone have an idea where I can by this in the Lake Charles or Lafayette area. I do not want limestone / pea gravel / river rock. I want a decorative rock that will pack and eventually break down.

crushed granite looks nice if you can find it but I think you want more of an aggregate that will pack together so check Green Gate, Landscape Management or places like Port Aggregate

Default Gar Question

My brother has been catching a lot of needle nosed gar over in S.C. while crappie fishing. I told them folks over here eat gar pretty regular. How do you all clean and cook 'em and do you eat the needle nosed gar or only the alligator gar?

You need a machete to clean them things.put them on their belly. Hold the tail down and cut the back fin off going from the tail to the head. Then you peel the skin off, cut off the head and filet it after. They not that hard to clean but the do take a little time.

You might want to post the question about needle gar somewhere's else wher more people will see it though.
