Default Swineapple

Had a buddy show me this and thought I would try, needless to say, I was quite disappointed.

May try again with different ingredients but I got to report the badd with the good. Lol

I stuff pork chops and chicken with cheese and pineapple all the time, but never thought of stuffing a pineapple with pork

Dang. A lot of time wasted. What exactly disappointed you about it? It looks like it could be a really good dish.

I should have grilled and/or seared the pork before.

Bacon was hot but heals a bunch of fluid so it didn't cook the way I wanted. I had to improvise because the bacon pretty much fell to pieces.

Pineapple was pretty dried out too, I did have a bath underneath it, so it had me a little confused. I think it was a combination of things, bad prep, not right pineapple and first time using that type bacon. Just my thoughts.

Don't get me wrong, it was eatable, just could have been better.
