had em on sale at HEB over here too. i wanted to, but got no room in the freezer. now that's a good problem to have. gunna have to give your recipe a try. easy and gooood!

Thanks dude!! they aint all that way but thats one of our quick go to meals like weekly or so. We buy them on sale and have Rouses cut em up for us.

Dang. Always thought you had to cook those awhile to be tender. Gonna give this a shot for sure!

If ya ever have them sliced like say a pork chop and cooked ya will neva look at a pork chop the same again. The pork steaks from the butt roast are far better I feel.

I would rather have a pork butt sliced thin,half inch, and grilled or fried, than any pork chop in the world
