Educated guess
The superpower brains of man made structures are seeing real high tides with strong south winds and full moon. So im sure they are stopping the natural flow of water to save the european dragonfly

Salinity is real high right now. That may be why it's closed.

Just confirm ...it is due to high salinity in the area where its is suppose to be 5 its over 10
So unless we get some huge rain falls it will be locked down a while
