Default Day 18

Well today makes Day 18 smoke free. No cokes, sweets or fried foods either so I don't blow up like a house. I am not really enjoying this but I do feel a little better already. Also slacked off on drinking beer , only Whiskey from now on.

After a month it is smooth sailing.....going on 2 years here without burning one feels great not to have smokers cough and spit up junk all day.

Jared not to sound negative but you did pick a bad week to start. Cowboy smoking 2-3 packs a day isn't going to make it easy on ya. Good luck.

Screw them pall mall red 100's...Last cig was at 6 yesterday, first 16 hours I've made it. Been a couple years since I've been a day without some type of tobacco..used to be a dipping machine. Havent dipped consistently in over a year.

I'm on day 5 now and it is getting better. I could have killed someone yesterday. I have not drank beer yet but we will how that goes tonight.
