Smoke chicken and loaded califlower ......Not bad with a piece of boudin smoke on the side...

My wife got off f/book...3/4 cook head of flower... take half with 8 ounce cream cheese , cup half n half , cup shredded cheese , mix with cake mixer , fold in rest of flower , 6 crumbled strip bacon , salt pepper to taste , greased baking dish with cheese on top...375 till golden brown....Came out pretty darn good...

Try the same dish but put a little crab boil in the water you cook the cauliflower in and add 1 lb of crawfish tails and some green onions
