What are the other public launches that give you access to the south end of Lacassine Bayou?

Where do most people launch from to fish that south area of the bayou?

I have fished in the pools a little for the past 4-5 years since I moved to Lacassine but have never been on the bayou or to Streeters
Garys land will give fastest route by water.

I launch at HWY 14 when I fish south. Launch isn't bad at all. They graded it a few weeks ago and it isn't as rough of a drive in.

Cobby, Blanco and Murphy all had camps south of Lorraine Bridge and fished the bayou several days a week. Clyde fished with them but was also a great bass fisherman, taking several over 5 lbs. and one over 6 on a fly rod. They knew how to fish it in just about any conditions. I think that is the trick. Get out there and learn it. I have fished it over the years and have done pretty good on sac-a-lait but never like these guys did.
Had the pleasure of meeting Blanco at Murphy's old camp....Funny character with lots of wisdom on Laccassine.
