Default Baked Zucchini

Wanted to share how my wife does the zucchini that I had with the tuna. Pretty cool. Slice it 1/4" thick. Spray Canola Oil on bottom of cookie sheet or baking pan. Lay out the slices and then spray the slices with Canola Oil as well. Sprinkle with powdered ranch dressing that comes in the packets. A dash of sea salt on top and bake on 300 degrees for an hour. When it starts browning pull it out. It is very good and very different.
