Default Big Lake 12/10

We got out on the water at around 7 and pull up to the east bank in 3' of water and find really clear, really cold water... 47 degrees! Guess that's what a few inches of snow 2 days earlier will do. Went and found deeper water and caught 2 trout in chocolate milk on lil jons. Started beating the bank and saw some redfish talking and schooled up. Ended up catching 11 reds and was off the water around noon. Most reds came on gulp shrimp. Put a pic of the clear water too... I could see my boat' s shadow on the bottom underneath.. pretty cool

That's a nice haul.

Yep, crazy clear water in some spots.

Thanks for the report.

Nothing wrong with those reds. They're stacked up in just about every drain right now. Put a 2 man limit in the boat in 45 minutes last weekend.

Thanks for the report!
