Default LSU wier/mud hole

Some friends and I are launching either at Joseph's harbor or rockafeller to do some fishing and crabbing, and I was wondering how to get to these two places. Thanks in advance. Any other tips for that area would be great, we just wanna catch something. Will post report. Thanks again!

Aren't Joseph's Harbor and Rockefeller the same thing?

I thought Joseph's harbor was the launch on the same side before rockafeller.

Joseph harbor is part of Rockefeller refuge. You have to obey all refuge rules when launching there. J H is just the name of that particular launch.

And same regulations apply, also, when launching there. Very east border of Rockefeller Refuge.

6-7 dozen, picked up 4 in about 1.5 hrs at concrete then and about another 2-3 at crab city when the tide shifted. 4 other boats I talked to did the same, hear mud hole was catching good reds.
