Try Bruce Baugh 337-660-1814. He is a great guy to fish with and will put you on fish.

X3 on Jared Adams. Went with him about a week and a half ago and even in all those storms he put us on some fish. People were coming back to the docks empty handed and we left with ziplocs full. Fishes hard and knows his stuff.

Jared is not only knows how to fish, he is actually knows how to guide and what a guide is supposed to do, and not do. I noticed that when I fished with him with my small son. He took good care of him and did little things like tie lines and bait hooks for my boy so I could fish too. A crappy guide would have spent his time fishing while I baited hooks and tied lines. Those little things make the difference and he pays attention to them. He really wants you to catch fish, unlike some other guides out there that simply don't care.

Fished with josh Johnson before from triple j and I would recommend him. Heard alot of good things about shaws guide service and know some people who have fished with Kade and they had awesome trips. From what I see and hear Jared Adams knows how to put you on fish and he know what he's doing.

Another recommendation for Jared. Fished with him a few times and he has always tried to help me be a better fisherman and teach me why and when we were doing what we were doing.

I had not used a guide in Big Lake in years because the last time I went with some of the big name guide services they were only worried about catching a limit of fish and talking to other guides on there cell phones. Was a waste of my time. I don't pay a guide to catch my limit of fish. I changed my mind when when I heard some good reports about Jared and needed some help as I have been trying to get a kick start on fishing Big Lake.

That being said I have heard of a few other guides like J Adams on Big Lake worth checking out as well.
