Default Flatfish Lures

any one have any experience with these flat fish lure, i had some one tell me he has done well with them on bass, was looking at them and saw they make a gold one, my first though was gold spoon=redfish, question is has anyone ever used this and how do they hold up to a redfish or any other saltwater fish that may grab hold of it??????

gooooood lawd thats alot of treble hooks... I dont see how it would be good for bass unless you were fishing open water. Looks like that thing would get hung on bottom in a heartbeat.

Thats the most redicilous lure i ver seen..... Then back treble hooks would defntatley tangle. And good luck fishing in cover or if u catch a fish getting it unhooked ....

Make a heck of a bait for casting at boats getting to close. Should have weight for distance and enough hooks to yank something out of their boat. That gives me an ideal. I might buy one or two for the tournament. :-)

They have them with 1-2-3or4 treble hooks you can always do away with any unecessary hooks

Old type bass bait, been around over 50 years, normally has 2 treble hooks.

There is a similar type bait for offshore trolling. Have caught various offshore fish with a larger version while running survey lines in GOM and West Africa.

That lure body looks to be very similar to a "Lazy Ike".

Looks like an offshore trolling lure called a Russell Lure. But the Russell only has 2 trebles
