Default Tiger shoals this weekend?

What's the weather/wind/water looking like in the Tiger Shoals area for this weekend?

Anyone thinking about heading out...

I was looking at the wrong date as far as wind prediction.

My work buoyweather account shows seas being decent out there but SSW wind won't start until tomorrow. I am afraid will have to work to find some good water unless you are going all the way out to 233..

That being said if didn't have to bring the women crabbing I would prob go but wait for Sunday for the water to have a chance to clean out.

Man I just got home and it was not a very good trip to say the least. The NOAA prediction which is usually pretty close was WAY off. It called for 0 to 2 foot seas and there were every bit of 2 to 4 and close and confused. No matter how I tried running I could not find a sweet spot at any speed. All that really did was piss me off and make me more determined to find some fish. Hit all of my spots on the Shoal and could not find decent water. Ended up running to all the way to Vermilion 46 before I called it quits and gave up. I still didn't find water that was half as clear as Tiger was last week. Put a few fish in the boat but not enough to make up for the gas bill and my compressed spine.

NOAA is laughable. Not sure I've ever seen them forecast the sea state more than 2'.

Default SailFlow

Do you guys use SailFlow? I find that is better at predicting the wind than others..

I use marine weather plus and wind finder mostly. Marine weather plus gives just about anything you could think of.
