When Rouses has a good deal like that they will slice them into steaks or even grind them for ya for free. If I were you I'd ask. We usually buy 2 packs get one sliced into amazing steaks and the other we leave whole for the pit.

When ground meat is on sale we buy a couple big packs and season it good in a dish pan. with our favorite burger mix then we make patties and freeze them seperated by wax paper. They can go straight from frozen to the pit or frying pan. kinda like buba burgers only these are Cappy burgers.
