I think this site is a v-bulliten site and you can add chat room. we have one on our smoking meats site.
have to be modded though. or locked where you can only enter w/ permission w/ this group.

I'll add a chat room when I get some time. I can count on one hand the number of times it was used in 3 years over at ST, though.
