Green & Silver Trout Showdown 12-10

Mike Gillen, Brady Fanguy, with Gator Valve & Greg Baudoin, Kyle Domangue with Quality Process Service joined me today. The guys didn't realize the treat they were in for today!! Our initial goal was to catch silver trout, but the bite was slow. We made a move North and found the green trout stacked like sardines!! We had the green trout coming in one after another with an occasional trout, red, and puppy drum. One flounder also ate his last meal!!! Single rigged Green Hornet Matrix Shad and Purple Haze Vortex Shad rigged on a 1/4 oz Golden Eye jig head did all the damage!! Once we had our fifty bass icing down on Arctic Ice, we moved back South to look for silver trout!! We made one drift adding 20 to our existing count. With right at 90 fish taking a ice bath and barely able to close the lid the guys called it a day around 12:30. We headed in to clean fish. A great time was had, as it's always a pleasure fishing with Mike and his crew. Looking forward to many more Mike, thanks again.
