I also fished the trestles yesterday (4/22), put 10 in the box and threw back 11. The #1, but not only, bait was magneto. Many of my bites came 40 to 50 feet off the bridge.

When I fish the trestles I used my troll motor the entire time never anchor and I am always moving for one set of piling to the next. That technique allowed me to find what we caught yesterday. And many of the fish where caught 20 to 30 feet off the train bridge.

Same here, the few I do catch at the trestles come well away from the trestles.
