Default Big Lake, Last Week

I took a few days off last week and got on the water as weather permitted. Action was pretty good but largely dependent on weather/winds and resulting water conditions. In a nutshell, if the winds were right for where I found fish, I could catch them. If not, it got tough. Wading fish were caught on mirrodines and corkys. Reef fish on Lil Jons.

Thanks guys. Yes, weekday fishing is the STUFF. Only time I get to do it is if I take vacation. It makes a big difference.

Lady Luck must be on your side! Cause you defn. picked a better weather time to take off than me... I got friends coming in to go fish this Thursday and Friday... We'll give it a good try and I know we'll be putting back some cold brewskis and hopefully a few troutskis
