i agree but these rifles are carbon copies of an AR style rifle. Helps to learn to shoot that style. Good way to introduce a younger person into shooting as the rifles are smaller adjustable stock etc.

I admit I would take one in a heart beat, they are bad azz! But for the money i would get something else, too much for a 22

I got the S&W MP 15 already,I just need the .22 conversion kit and I got best of both worlds. If it was my money I would save up and got that route. But I still say if you just want a .22 the 10/22 is the best way .With all the upgrades now you can build it to look almost just like an AR or just about anything else you can imagine.

you can get them alot cheaper than that and depends on what version you get.

I have one sweet little gun.. You can go and get one at 18.. It's just like buying any other gun you don't have to have a spacial license.. As long as you pass back ground check..
We shoot competition with them and try are the best out of any .22 ar.. Just make sure you shoot CcA or higher made 22 bullets out of them nothing cheaper...

Anybody own one of those hi-tech 9mm carbines? I heard they were pretty accurate and are going on sale at cabelas 249
