hwy 14. I was just checking there was only 2 trailers. The one leaving and mine. I caught 5 bass friday sac fishing in Monlezun canal. The bass were right on the bank.

Caught them in the weakley canal on watermelon red paca craw they were up tight on the banks also

It's getting muddier by the day. They are flushing the rice fields. We had been catching quality Sacs on the river and on Laccassine Bayou. Here is some pics from the last 2 trips. oh by the way I am originally from Welsh. You might recognize the guy holding the big sac. He is from Welsh too. I am heading to fish Streeters and the Reserve canals this weekend.

I might fish river for a quick trip friday. Saturday will be the real fishing day. I cant leave for the camp until my son gets out of school. I know a guy who has been doing well bass fishing outside the pool in the canals around it using speed craws. He was using blue w/ chartreuse claws.
