Default 12-30-15 Rainy day ducks

The rain and good northeast wind had the ducks acting right this morning. Didn't have a shot over 20 yards. Almost everything was feet down in the decoys. Didn't quite limit out but can't complain with the birds we shot. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1451501352.542201.jpg

Are your ducks feeding in rice at night? What's in their craw?

Do y'all hunt near ICY or Boston. Years ago I used to hunt with my fatherinlaw in Boston. Dat ole marsh stunk like 2 day old crap. If I wouldn't give him some rice we wouldn't kill twat. LOL

We used to go through a gate down a gravel road. There was a little landing where he left his boat. There was a camp at the landing. We'd take the canal till it hit another canal. Then take a left for a short ways and we were there. That was back in 1976 or '77.
