FlagUS 4/19/2017 Calcasieu River DogFights

1st Place Team: Gee Victoriano and Jacob Williams with a 5 fish stringer than weighed a whopping 11.41 pounds. Their stringer was anchored with 3.90 pounder. They fished with frogs and buzzbaits while fishing the muddy water of the main River. They did manage to catch around 15 fish in the 4 hour tournament in the main River. They had 2nd Place Big Bass and Edward won some cash for his nice 3.90 pounder that was caught on a frog in the muddy water of the main river.They are qualified for the Wednesday Afternoon Fishing Championship that will be held on August 30th.

2nd Place Team: Hunter Delaney and Jared Dartez with a 5 fish stringer that weighed 9.81 pounds. They had a very nice stringer that was helped by their 4.65 pound kicker. They caught 8 fish in the tournament all on jigs in the stained water north of Ward 8 Park. They had 1st Place Big Bass - Jared won some cash and a dozen Big Bass Roses from Wendi's Flower Cart for his 4.65 pounder. They qualified for the Wednesday Afternoon Fishing Championship that will be held on August 30th.

3rd Place Team: Boo McFatter and Max McFatter with a 5 fish stringer that weighed 8.54 pounds. They fished the stained water of the main River while fishing wacky worm baits. Their stringer was helped by their 2.46 pounder. They caught 10 fish in the tournament.

4th Place Team: Robert Weems and Davikd Rabalais with a 4 fish stringer that weighed 7.31 pounds. They had a very nice stringer that was helped by his 3.35 pound kicker. They caught a total of 4 fish in the stained water of the West Fork on buzzbaits.
