Lil shoulder roast , lil chuck roast , corn , blackeye peas , green beans , green peas , dang I forgot the brocolli....

That looks great. I'd need a grilled cheese sammich for dunking in that yummy stuff. I always do the typical potatoe and carrot stew. I would love a few rabbits to make one with. I love a rabbit stew. Wouldn't that be considered a Fricasse? Looks great man. Just what is needed to warm the belly with the weather we have right now.

Yep beef stew definately on the menu for tomorrow poset to get cold and nasty again Got a mess of turnips that aughta be good in there. Think I may head over to da pig and check the bargain prices on beef or neck bones maybe.

Peggy made something very simular but used left over chicken cause thats what we had taters carrots peas etc etc nice and thick she took the chicken offn da bone the stuff was so rich and thick it stood up over the side of da spoon
