Looks great! Always wanted to get a smoker like that. Not sure if I should go with charcoal or electric.

Mine was electric...Best thing to happen was coil went out..I gutted it and made a lil basket out of expanded metal with a bolt and nut on each corner to elevate it for airflow...With a coil you set the temp to 150-155 and only time it will smoke is when the coil is on . It's insulated so I use 4 charcoals after lit put on 2 pieces wood appx. 1x1 4 inches long . That usually holds me 150-155 for 45 min. then i add 1 coal and 1 more piece wood....Usually add once an hour after that depends o air temp. humidity etc...Takes about 20 charcoals to hold 250-275 .....
