my issues are with the controller on the top. The temp is about 40-50 degrees off.THey have sent me 3 new controllers (2 of which were the wrong ones) and are sending me a fourth along with a new element. If this doesnt work, they are gonna prollys send me a new smoker. Very nice customer service, but just aggravating its taking this long to fix. Cant get the temp any higher than 215-220

Makes me wanna head to Market Basket and get some ribs to smoke.
I can't fish, too sick. Smoking some meat is not too much to do when
sitting in the house all day.
