Default Live bait in cameron

Is there any one that sells live bait in Cameron?

i don't think so. there used to be a guy that sold live crabs, dead bait shrimp, and live cocahoes right off the main road in Cameron. didn't have much of a dock to pull up to by boat but could get to one maybe two boats at a time. if u needed something else he didn't have he would say take his old truck to store. idk if its still there or not.

That was The Crab Man! He was a cool old dude. I always bought from him. He passed away a few years ago. Don't know if someone took over or not.

Crabman's place is now called Ferry Landing. Phone 337-660-8926
Husband and wife run it. They sell table shrimp too besides bait.

just talked to em. no live. frozen shrimp, squid, mullet, crab, etc.

Default Live bait

Catch your own with a cast net, mullet and shrimp. The road side canals are great for mullet, shrimp in the surf.
