I've always called the area W. of Holly B. Constance Beach. Is that the area? Years back I would wade-fish the rock breakwaters after the first or second cold front and usually did well on nice specks.

I heard it was pretty last weekend with hardly anyone out there. Schools of bull reds and specks under birds eating shrimp
