Default fiberglass/poly grating?

Does anyone know where I can get some grating to put down as a walkway in my duck marsh? I need about 80 feet long by 12 - 18 " wide. Poly or fiberglass preferably.

TIA,

Latt

Are you serious or is this a joke? Do you have handicap or older people huntin with you? Y not just use marine grade plywood cut in 1 foot strips and anchored down? Shootin ducks has come a long way since I started!

I am serious. I want to put it down behind my blind and let the salt grass grow up through the grate. much more concealed than plywood. and last a lifetime.

Seasafe sells fiberglass grating. It looks like they have stocking locations in Lafayette & Houston.

That's a good concept but how well will that grass stand up to walkin over it growin through the grates? It will still be a trail unless you only hunt a few times. Treated plywood will last years and cost a lot less. You said you hunt the marsh. The salt grass will fold over that plywood easily on its own. Just stating my opinion. If you wana walk on glass then go for it!

Default Grated Fiberglass

Epsco carries the grated fiberglass, about $300.00 a sheet.

Stuff is terribly expensive Scuba......
It may be worth a shot to make a few passed around the port to see if there is some older stuff scrapped
