The cops are the experts on the current criminal trends. If they have determined that a “high capacity” semiautomatic pistol and a .223 semiautomatic rifle with 30-round magazines are the best firearms for them to use to protect people like me and my family, they are obviously the best things for us to use to protect ourselves and our families .

Windows 7 = Windows Vista with a different name. Same kernel, same look, same functions, different name. 95% of the people who criticize Vista have never used it...they just watch too many Mac commercials or try using it on a 8 year old computer and expect good results.
 Try adding SaltyCajun to your Trusted Sites list, and setting the security level for Trusted Sites to Low or Medium-Low.

It just doesn't prompt you a second time to do everything. No biggie if you've used a computer before. UAC is mainly for first time computer users to make them think twice before they do anything stupid.
 I tunr it off first thing on every computer I install Vista on.
