It brand new full size refrigerator with ice maker. Full size gas (propane) stove, full size microwave and open kitchen area.

Queen size bed in separate bedroom ( was originally a full but we put a queen in there and it fits fine with room to walk around) There is a night stand in the bedroom as well as clothing closet.

Double bunk beds in the rear. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Full size toilet. No holding tanks but you can easily buy them, portable and non.

"Dining" table with benches that turns into a bed.

The trailer is white, comes with 2 propane tanks and electrical cord.

No leaks, no damage to interior or exterior. Tires are in good condition. All the electrical outlets and lights work, AC works excellent, heat, fans, etc all are in good working order.

Tows really well, I tow it with a 1/2 ton

Title and all paperwork in hand. Open to reasonable offers.
