Default Joesph Harbor 9-2-11

I was off of work yesterday and had nothing to do so i decided to see if the shrimp were around the area, got to the first weir and made a cast all was there were mullet so caught a few medium sized crabs and moved on, seen another weir with no one on it and said to myself thats not good but stoped anyway and i was glad i did cause it was full of shrimp, caught 25lbs in about 10 to 15 minutes, making another trip in the morning. (maybe)

Nice job. Fun to do when they are there but no fun when it's hotter than hell and only catch 1-2 shrimp every 3-4 casts.

Wow, nice haul! Hard to beat getting 25 lbs of fresh shrimp for just the cost of some elbow grease.
