Default Help me catch fish at Cocodrie - Please

I am heading south this weekend in my 16' Aluminum boat with the wife & kids. We are staying at COCO Marina and I am looking for a couple of places kind of close with structure to fish for specks. I have a map but it is hard to spot places that may hold fish.

Are there any oysters reefs in the area?
Any other vertical structure?

Thanks for any tips.

Any of the islands on the north edge of terrebone bay or lake barre should have fish. We caught fish on the on south side of bay st. elaine last week. Lotsa fish just have to move until you find them. good luck!

Lake Boudreaux, broken cuts on the NE shoreline and then marsh north of the lake. Lots of grassy ponds - throw spoons, flukes, frogs, weedless swimbaits in the grass.
