Default Big lake off shore

Decided to hit the short rigs today, 26 miles out. Kidos had a blast! Delicious kings and Spanish are on the menu tonight!

What’s your favorite thing to do with those kings? I caught a big one trolling on my way in last week. Ready to cook some up but don’t wanna waste it

Just heated my cast iron skillet with some real butter and a Lil Lil pitres for seasonin. Ery one else at my camp wanted fried. So lightly fried there's. Personally, at home, I sear it just like a tuna steak. Phenomenal meat lightly season. Hot grill. Butter.

Cooked some like redfish on grill a while back and it was very good.

Nice catch.
