Default Fishin the rocks tomorrow

Will I be wasting my time goin to Constance beach rocks tomorrow with the weather forecast as it is? We would be wade fishing not boating. Rookie to the area and thought I should ask y'all whacha think....

20knot south winds I can almost guarantee you ZERO fish !!

There needs to be a north wind for 2+ day before the beach water starts to clear up and have the trout biting.

I see the forecast now, and thanks for your input will keep that in mind. That beach shouldn't be long from now gettin rite, surely by the end of this month we could possibly have a chance at em would you say? Been bfore Rita that I've been there too.
