Default Vermillion bay Friday.

Caught some nice trout. Some are pretty good size. That's a five gallon bucket in the fishbox to use as a reference. The largest fish was 4.3. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1408288591.137508.jpg

Default Vermillion bay Friday.

All were on Wellheads and small rigs in 15-18 ft deep. Caught on plastics but much better on live shrimp. Very close to the bottom of each piling.

Solid fish bro...was looking for some that size yesterday, the 11" trout were out in full force. Was too rough and nasty to go offshore.

I went yesterday and went past the point at 5.15am. Was gonna try and repeat friday and ran right into a nasty rain storm with wind. Not a fun morning in the dark. Pressed on a lil further and then turned around. LOL

Yeah I was staying at a buddy of mines camp at the point watching that storm. Had a good bit of lightning,I don't play with that. Waited till 6:30 to get on the water and still had to dodge two storms. The pass was clear though.
