Default LWFC July Agenda

Not sure if this has already been posted, but here it is:

http://wlf.la.gov/news/37872

Looks like the discussion on the limit reduction is off the table.

Anyone have any clue what this "declaration of emergency" in regards to early season migratory birds is about?

No clue but I would like to know what that is all about. If anyone knows, keep us informed.

I'm not sure but isn't a "Declaration of Emergency" the process that is used for finalizing hunting dates and limits for migratory birds.

Typical language used by the LDWF when they are talking about setting dates for a hunting season.

Makes sense now, I knew the teal season dates are set for good in July

Yeah, started reading some old ones, and that's what it is. Typically involves a change as well.

Man, they should use some different terminology for that. I was trying to think if I had heard anything that might pertain to this.
