Didn't go Sat b/c of the rain, and figured there would be muddy water everywhere yesterday so i worked around the house.

Might make a weekday day trip. Watching the water in Tiger Shoals to see if it clears up.

We fished the tournament out of the quintana on Saturday. We only had one rain shower that hit us for about 30 minutes but the wind was the killer. The forecast called for 6mph winds but it was blowing 30mph out there. The bay was muddy and it was a tough day of fishing. We ended up with 3 reds.

if you keep waiting for reports, you'll be a day late every time.. Get out there!! No one is going to report too much on the area. Every one knows once a good report goes up, it will be full of fools.

LOL. I'm not waiting on them to be good before I go. Sometimes I can't go anyway, but I still like to follow the reports to keep up with things. It's better than watching TV or spending more money on ebay...

Default testing my Ipilot

Just made a short run today to try out my new Ipilot. What a great device! Really enjoyed sitting on the back of the boat, but controlling the TM from there. Really like the anchor lock and the track back. Should work well at the reefs.

Water in Weeks Bay was muddy, Shark Bayou was pretty nice, Cove had decent water, but only croakers on shrimp caught. Had a bud hit the reefs this afternoon, but no reports from him yet.

Water was horrible on the west side of the bay, decent just out the pass, but better offshore.
