Depends on what the water looks like... But glow n chartreuse always seems to do pretty good for me in the summer everywhere

Green Hornet matrix shad has been working for me. Dark colors in dirty water. Light colors in clean water.

That green hornet is dynamite in clear water. So is pink and opening night.

Greener the water clearer the bait
Darker or off color darker the bait Cloudy clear water days I use chicken on a chain or pink Sun shine clear water I use clear salt n pepper or glow Cloudy off water chartreuse or black and chart Sunny off water Avacodo or black chart Keep it simple and catch fish

Only colors I throw:
Opening night Pearl/ truce Pink/pearl /truce ( Texas chicken) Black / truce Purple / truce Of which tge majority of the time it's either opening night or pearl/ truce regardless of water clarity Only plastics I throw - deadly Dudley's - spade/ curly tail grubs - spook jrs - corky devils |
