Can anyone confirm if Elmer's Island is open on days other than Fri, Sat and Sun?

Still no confirmation about whether the island is open seven days a week. I know it seems like I'm being a pr***ly pear over this, but i'm trying not to make a midnight run with an endgame being a locked gate. And it has in the past been open only certain days of the week.
Thanks to anyone who can provide info. |

Read it.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) has re-opened the Elmer’s Island refuge to visitors seven days a week. The refuge will be open each day 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Elmer’s Island: • All commercial fishing • Recreational harvest of shrimp, crabs and oysters • Camping • Night-time access |

If surf is blown out, hit the all the inside spots.
Lil bro Goathead did good w/ that plan Monday Live crickets were the ticket!! He also told me that he wished he would've had a cast net to catch his own bait; he saw it poppin everywhere. |

Half of the island is closed, when you get to the beach you can only go to the left. I think they are dredging and pumping sand on the areas to the right.
