Default VB Sunday afternoon; not great but....

I'm gonna post the really good along with the really good trips with few trout. Been great fishing inside the last 2 weeks. I knew the wind was gonna blow out the SW screwing up most places I fish.....and it was blowing some. Tried the Cove (2 friends caught well there Sunday morn.) notta.... Fought the waves at Blue point, notta. Went on the other side of the Point, really rough but anchored in the stump field moving around a 100 yard perimeter. Tide started running around 4:30 with specks and whiteys coming in sporadicly. Ended with 11 specks and 8 whiteys. Still not bad for the conditions. Have a pic but my phone died last night..will post one when i figure it out!

On of my favorite places to fish in VB.....usually start my drift about 100 yards south of hammock lake and drift all the way past the point if the wind allows me. If you don't get hung up your not in the right spot. Fish right off the point for reds and flounder. Nice catch reefman stay on em,looks like I will have to wait till the fall before work lets me get out there.
