Default Very proud father

My 9 year old son killed his first deer last night. Shot at 5:38 P.M. 243 120yards, 9 point, 175 pounds.
Got to be one of the best feelings ever. We/I have worked very hard for a long time to see this day. Can't even begin to explain how dad feels much less my son. He screamed, hollered, hugged, and even cried when we found him. I am going to try and post a picture but not sure how to do it. /Users/david/Desktop/Cam 9 pnt Nov 11 2009/Deer 2/IMG_0301.JPG

Thanks to everyone.
He did put blood on his face when we were cleaning it. He had it everywhere and helped clean the deer.

You've done it now! If he's anything like mine, you've created a monster! A buddy of mine has a 9 year old & asked when was his guiding services going to be over. I told him never!!!!!!! My two hunt & scout on their own but somehow always end up in my spots! When I go to one of their honey holes they get mad at me! It's all good though! Wouldn't trade hunting with my boys for anything in the world!
